21C and Proof's Conde Nast Award

“Beata Santora, editor at Conde Nast Traveler, said 21C’s(Proof on Main) received the country’s highest scores in three of five categories polled — rooms, DINING and overall design.”

This is an excerpt from an AP article released today… very cool, we don’t like to gloat, but this is a great distinction for my staff and we are very proud.

Proof Garden Tour

Thursday September 10th, 2009 6-8pm… tour our rooftop garden with me and Stephanie Tittle, the head gardener at Woodland Farm.  Have some garden influenced canapes and pick our brains(mostly Stephanies, shes the one with the brains) for info on how we are constantly learning to make our roof garden as useful as possible to do our style of roof to table cuisine.
